Each Afterglo piece is handcrafted to order and custom-sized, making every design uniquely yours. Because of this made-to-order nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, we want you to love your piece. If your bracelet needs a size adjustment, we’re happy to help. Simply email us for instructions. The buyer is responsible for return shipping, and please allow about one week for resizing and reshipping once your piece is received.

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every Afterglo piece. If your bracelet breaks under any circumstance, we’re happy to offer a complimentary restring as part of our quality assurance promise.

To qualify, please collect at least 90–95% of your gemstones and return them to us for repair. You’ll just cover the return shipping cost, and we’ll handle the rest with care to restore your piece to its original glow.

Yes, we do. We’re happy to help refresh and repair old, mis-sized, sagging, or previously broken bracelets, and in some cases, necklaces and earrings as well.

Repair services start at $5 and are currently available in person at our California pop-ups for drop-off and pickup only.
